Brain Builders is a fun and interactive parent–child program for children aged 3–5 and their caregivers. Through play-based activities, children practice important executive functioning skills such as focusing, remembering steps, managing feelings, and trying new challenges.
Caregivers actively participate in each session and learn simple, playful strategies to support their child’s thinking and self-regulation skills at home and in everyday routines.

Ideal for ages: 3-5 years old

Duration: 60 minutes 

Developmental Focus: Executive Functions

This set of sessions will be offered in-person, at our Horizon Family Development Centre.

Please register for one Adult Participant and up to two Child Participants (3-5 years old).

Registration will close on May 27, 2026, unless otherwise noted.
