Join us for Baby and Me Yoga, at the Children’s Cottage in Montgomery.

A class for postpartum parents and their babies from six weeks to crawling/mobile.
Welcome to a gentle, restorative yoga class created especially for new parents and their little ones. Baby & Me Yoga supports you through the early postpartum months—honoring the healing body, nurturing your bond with your baby, and offering a grounding space during the transition into parenthood.

This class blends slow, mindful movement with functional strengthening designed for postpartum recovery, including core and pelvic-floor rebalancing, shoulder and upper-back relief, and breath practices to reduce stress and support emotional well-being. Babies are invited to participate through playful interaction, soothing touch, and simple movements tailored to their development from six weeks old up until they become mobile.

Expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where feeding, diaper changes, and fussiness are always welcome. Come as you are—this is a space to reconnect with your body, meet other caregivers, and enjoy intentional time with your baby.

Please bring your yoga mat/towel as we have a limited supply on hand for for participant use and other items that support your practice.

Ideal for ages: 6 weeks to crawling/mobile

Developmental focus: body awareness

Please register for One Adult Participant and up to Two Infant Participants (6 weeks to crawling).
