Upcoming Pretty Powerful at The Women’s Centre

May 4 – June 22, 2026 (Mondays) 10:00am – 12:00pm   **No Session on May 18**   

A space where mothers can build resiliencies for action and success through art and conversation. We build relationships that encourage, empower and support mothers to be capable and powerful. No previous art experience is required. Participants should have difficulty/stress in meeting their monthly basic needs budget.

This program will be held in-person at The Women’s Centre. 

Pretty Powerful will be run in English, however the facilitator, Damaris, is fluent in Spanish. As such, Spanish will be a language supported during these sessions.

Please note there is limited childcare available for children 0-5 years old, unless it has SOLD OUT. Please use natural supports for childcare if they are available to you. 

Please register for one Adult Participant, and up to two Childcare Participants (0-5 years).

Registration will close on April 27, 2026, unless otherwise noted.
