Families Matter offers four streams of Peer Volunteer opportunities – perinatal mental health, Black Canadian perinatal mental health, infant respite and Papa Bears programming. These roles require a one-year commitment to the agency and lived experience relevant to the population that the stream is serving.

Our ideal volunteer commitment is six months with our agency, recognizing that this may vary depending on the specific role, as some positions involve a higher level of activity than others.
