ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The Family Life Education (FLE) program provides a variety of parent education classes to promote optimal child development and build confidence in parenting skills and relationships either virtually or in the NE, SE, or NW of Calgary.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Our free programming supports any caregiver who would like to increase their knowledge of parenting through strength-based education. The Family Life Education program offers parenting education on a variety of topics that are targeted to caregivers of children aged 0 – 18 years.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

  • Variety of multi-week certificate programs for those who meet attendance requirements.
  • Variety of single-session classes.
  • In-person and virtual (zoom) options.
  • Reducing barriers for some classes by providing childcare. See individual class descriptions for availability options.
