Upcoming Connect Attachment Parenting during the Teenage Years

January 13 – March 17, 2026 (Tuesdays); 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Connect is a 10-week program to support parents and caregivers of teens with behavioural and emotional challenges. Parents and caregivers will meet in small groups with trained group leaders for 90 minutes each week.

Each session provides parents with a new perspective on parent-teen relationships and adolescent development. Participants will watch role-plays and try exercises that encourage more choices for responding to their teens’ difficult behaviour.

This program will be presented at our Horizon Family Centre.
