Promoting Resilience & Self-Regulation for Parents of Children Ages 2 to 7

May 26th – June 16th (Thursdays) 10:00am – 12:00pm

These classes give parents the tools & stress management strategies to help their children learn to recognize and manage their stress and emotions.  They will learn how to cope with stress and to better express their feelings & emotions, promoting social-emotional development & self-regulation.

Learn about stress from a child’s point of view as well as your own stress response, coping skills & the positive effect of taking time for self-care.

These classes are from “Kids Have Stress Too!- Strong Minds, Strong Kids” –  Psychology Canada

Learn effective ways to promote positive emotional development and self-regulation in young children.

This class will be presented through an online ZOOM platform, accessible by computer or cell phone.

*If more than one caregiver will be taking the class, please register for each participant*
