Upcoming Postpartum Couples Reconnection: Finding Our Way Back to Us

April 16 – May 21, 2025 (Wednesdays); 6:00 – 8:00pm

This six-session class creates opportunities for couples to reconnect and strengthen their relationship.

Topics include:

• Nurturing fondness and admiration
• Understanding the impact of mental health challenges on the relationship
• Exploring expectations of each other as partners and parents
• Learning new ways of communicating using productive stress-reducing conversations
• Understanding each other in our new roles.

These sessions will be offered at our Midnapore Family Development Centre. Limited Childcare for children 0-5 years old will be available.

Please submit One 2-Partner Participants Ticket and up to Two Childcare Participant Tickets. Please use Natural Supports to fill your childcare requirements, as childcare availability is limited.
