Give yourself the gift of unwinding and relaxing this month. Fill yourself back up with nourishing breath work and deep relaxation, that will help calm your nervous system and deeply rest your mind, body, and soul. All you need is to be in a quiet and comfy space with a pillow, a blanket, and a warm cup of tea. Each session will offer one breathing technique and a guided body scan meditation, into deep rest.
This set of five, one-hour classes will be guided over Zoom with Catherine Nelson-Reid, our Peaceful Parent facilitator.
