Join this online class and share stories about what weekly and monthly changes in development you have noticed from birth to one year.

Learn about and discuss how social-emotional-cognitive and physical milestones in development are supported through the everyday serve & return interactions and play.

Fun and helpful resources and videos will be explored and provided to parents from ZERO to THREE, Strong Minds Strong Kids Psychology Canada the “Five Steps on Brain Building Serve & Return” and Infant and Early Mental Health – Comfort, Play, Teach!

This class is all about promoting healthy child development and physical activity for life at the Earliest Stages!
