Upcoming M is for Milestones in Horizon – October Session A

October 31, 2024 (Thursday); 1:00pm – 2:00pm

Come in for some one-to-one time with a family support worker to complete the Ages and Stages Questionnaire, and get a deeper understanding of your child’s milestones (ages 0 – 5 years).  Together, you will explore your child’s developmental strengths and begin to prepare for the next round of parenting adventures as your child continues to grow.

This assessment is for only one child and their caregiver at a time.

Ideal for: children ages 0 – 5 years old

Focus: developmental milestones

Please complete a registration for One Adult Participant and One Child Participant.

Screenings for additional children must be registered for individual and separate sessions, to allow for adequate assessment time for each child. 

There is no childcare available for siblings.

Registration will close on October 24, 2024, unless otherwise noted.

The ASQs will be completed with our facilitators Carolina.
