August 24th (Wednesday) 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Stress is a normal part of everyday life. It can have a positive influence on motivation and creativity. But excessive stress can have a dramatic effect on learning and social development. In this one session class we will discuss tools to help parents support elementary aged children through self-regulation, teach problem solving skills, and create a safe place for children to release their stress.
This class will be presented through an online ZOOM platform, accessible by computer or cell phone.
Please complete registration for an Adult Participant for each attendee.
Facilitated by Laurie Florence.
