Upcoming Infant Massage with Mike

May 1 – 29, 2025 (Thursdays); 1:00pm – 2:30pm 

This class will teach both male and female caregivers how to use nurturing touch to connect with their infant and support growth and development in this unique way. Caregivers will learn techniques in class that they will directly apply to their little ones.

These sessions of Infant Massage are best for non-crawling babies up to 12 months old

• Develops baby’s body awareness and coordination.
• Increases baby’s recognition of facial and emotional expressions which supports the development of social skills.

Join us as you learn to systematically and safely massage each part of your baby. These sessions include safe massage techniques, resources/question time, as well as a coffee time to meet other babies and parents to form friendships and support.

Please note that this class will be delivered, in-person, at our Horizon Family Centre.

Facilitated by Mike (he/him), an Infant Massage Instructor-in-training as part of his required certification. Necessary evaluations will also be part of this program.

**Please register for One Adult Participant and up to Two Infant Participants (0-12 months old at the start of classes). There is no additional childcare and space is limited.**
