For parents & caregivers of children ages 7 to 12
These classes give parents the tools & stress management strategies to help their children learn to recognize and manage their stress and emotions. They will learn how to cope with stress and to better express their feelings & emotions, promoting social-emotional development & self-regulation.
Learn about stress from a child’s point of view as well as your own stress response, coping skills & the positive effect of taking time for self-care.
These classes are from “Kids Have Stress Too! – Strong Minds, Strong Kids” – Psychology Canada
These classes are being presented through an online ZOOM platform, accessible by computer or cell phone.
