Upcoming Circle of Security in Horizon

March 6 – April 24, 2025 (Thursdays); 6:00pm – 8:00pm

The Circle of Security is a relationship-based early intervention program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and children. Decades of university-based research have confirmed that secure children exhibit increased empathy, greater self-esteem, better relationships with parents and peers, enhanced school readiness, and an increased capacity to handle emotions more effectively when compared with children who are not secure.

Certificates of Completion are no longer given out upon completion of the class. A Letter of Attendance can be sent to participants upon request.

These 8 sessions will be presented at our Horizon Family Development Centre.

Limited childcare for children ages 0 – 6 years is available for those without natural supports. 

Please complete registration for up to one Adult Participant for each attendee and up to two Childcare Participants (ages 0-6 years). Please register for any additional adult participants separately. 

Registration will close on February 27, 2025, unless otherwise noted.
