Upcoming Black Couples Connection
March 8, 2025 (Saturday); 12:00pm – 2:00pm MST
Join us for a one-afternoon ZOOM session where Facilitators, Asa and Claudine, will share their story of Perinatal Mental Health struggles after baby, from both a Father and Mother’s perspective. This will be an amazing opportunity to provide information to other couples in the African/Caribbean/Black community on how to support the family through their journey.
Black Couples Connection is for those with children ages 0-2 years and are connected to the African/Caribbean/Black Community and Culture, including Bi-Racial and Multi-Racial families.
Please note that while this group was created with couples in mind, Families Matters is aware and understands that families come in all shapes and sizes. Solo caregivers are more than welcome to join our community. You belong here.
You will be provided tools and strategies around coping, communicating and self-care for the both of you in a culturally informed space.
Please register for both Partner 1 and Partner 2, as necessary. This class is limited to 20 individuals.
This session will be offered via ZOOM, and can be accessed via a smart device. A ZOOM link will be sent to participants closer to the session.
Registration will close on March 2, 2025, unless otherwise noted.
