Upcoming Be a Great Dad at Horizon

January 17 – February 27, 2024 (Tuesdays)  6:00pm – 8:00pm

Please note: This is a 7-Session Program and you will need to attend a minimum of six classes for a certificate.

A program for Dads only, led by a male facilitator.

This program focuses on building your confidence by offering you a chance to learn and try out effective strategies for communication, positive discipline, and role-modeling as well as fostering self-esteem. Be a Great Dad will help you put the limited time you do have to good use; creating positive experiences for you and your child. What better way to learn than from other dads who share their experiences of struggle and joy along the journey.

This program will be offered in-person at our Horizon Family Centre. Limited childcare for children ages 0 – 10 years is available. Please utilize natural supports for childcare if you are able. 

Please register for One Father Participant and up to Two Childcare Participants.
