ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The Early Learning Across Cultures (ELAC) program provides educational and connection-based activities to caregivers and children through virtual and in-person opportunities.

This program incorporates cultural traditions, customs, and celebrations and assists newcomer families with resources for their families.

WHO IS IT FOR?
