A Night of Connection for Black Couples
An info night about coping and connecting after baby for couples in the African/Caribbean/Black community.

Join us for a one-night ZOOM session where a couple from the Black community with lived experience discuss their struggles with coping and communicating after having a baby.

This will be an amazing opportunity to provide information to other couples in the African/Caribbean/Black community on how to support the family through their journey.

This program will help provide:

  • Tools and strategies around coping, communicating and self-care
  • Culturally-Informed Space
